Chapter Resources

The IGDA provides the following resources to each chapter:

• $300 start‐up reimbursement (first year only): http://www.igda.org/chapters/admin.php
• Web space: Free web space or redirect to a separate website if you prefer.
• Web Team: Volunteers for chapters in need of assistance in designing/building/maintaining their websites.
• Dedicated chapter forum: Online forum for discussions concerning IGDA chapter events, development, etc.
• Forwarding email address: Forwarding alias for your chapter’s email.
• Publicity: Announce your chapter meeting on the homepage, the chapter meeting page, and in the monthly IGDA Newsletter. We will provide lists of members in your area upon request for your announcement mailing list.
• Attendee and speaker recruitment: The IGDA can help attract attendees and recruit speakers whenever possible, by request.
• Consultation: Advice on getting started and developing your chapter.
• IGDA literature: Membership application forms, brochures, Annual Reports, etc.
