Accessibility Arcade Session

• GDC/CMP: is supplying us with 4 TVs, 5 Power Strips, 5 Extension Cords, 8 Single Session Passes (4 for Emotiv and 4 for NaturalPoint so that they can get into the session!)

• Emotiv: Will bring BCI controller, laptop, 2 representatives to explain/demo system

• NaturalPoint: Will bring the new Smart Nav prototype + Motion Sensor prototype, laptop, 2 representatives to explain/demo systems

• Eelke: Will be demo-ing: Blind Hero, Gordon's Trigger Finger, Blind Client for Secondlife. , one switch bejewelled

• Mark: Will be demo-ing AbleGamers.com + ??

• Michelle: Will be MC-ing event + demo-ing "Game Over" + showing videos of Gamers with Disabilities

• Reid: Will be demo-ing Doom3[cc] + ??

To Do

• Hand out TONS of fliers at GDC (ALL!!!)

• Get everyone press stickers at GDC Press Booth (already approved): This is so that we can take pictures and film our OWN (and any other) sessions: Note, there is a videotape limit of 5 minutes per session...however, that is PER PERSON. So if you have a videocamera, bring it!

• Send out SIG Press Release (Michelle; Monday Feb 11th) to Media and GDC Company Participant Contacts
