Legal Notes

Here temporarily just to keep a note about it. Basically there is an unresolved question on Tetris, and for games as a whole, that can a game like Tetris be made? These cases don't concern copyright, since nothing is directly copied, and does not involve trademark law usually since the word Tetris isn't necessary for the game itself. Will have further ramifications on videogame litigation so worth tracking. See will Jordans paper for the main details, these notes are after that.

• Blockles Legal Case Resolved - No result on the legal side of making a "Tetris"-like game.
• Mino - Tetris-like game remove from the App store which they are contesting.
