One of the main member of the organizing committee, Mr Nguyen Viet Son from VDC-Net2E company.
It was the opportunity to present what is IGDA to the audience and to the reporters who were present to cover the event. This task was attributed to Miss Pham Thuy from VDC-Net2E who was the speaker of the first presentation which has started at about 3PM.
During this speech we have demonstrated the interest for the Vietnamese game industry to have a strong game developers’ community supported by IGDA which its international network.
Right after, people enjoyed the soft foods and drinks during 15 minutes of break before the beginning of the second presentation.

Topic: Role and responsibilities in a game development team. Who does what.

In the foreground, the second speaker, Mr Huy Hoang.
This presentation was performed by Mr Huy Hoang from Curious Development, and was about game development teams.
As the game industry in Vietnam is really young (especially about the development), we decided to talk about the generalities first and about specificities in future meetings. Vietnamese people are truly in demand of knowledge about game studio organization and professional experiences. Then we presented which can of job profiles are usually required for game development, and who does what in a team.

At the end of the meeting took place a funny quiz game about video game domain and the local market. 5 attendees won Polo-shirts from IGDA, T-shirts from Phenix (Phuong Hoang Enix) and other Ongame cards.
