Minutes

• OGSC conference went well, got some new volunteers, including some with wiki-experience (yay!)
• White Paper progress status report, and discussion about milestones
  • 4-8 page abstract/excerpts
• Discussion about absentee committee members
• Damion Shubert invited to committee (but didn't show up to conference call)
• Discussion about whether to have a hosted party (breakfast, dinner?) at AGC, and trying to find sponsors (James will check)
  • $10K fee to get CMP sponsorship, plus potential $20K+ cost for party
• Upcoming wiki changes
  • Discussion about how a webpage can still be good for credibility, and getting feedback on quantity of visits
• Possible new committee member: Jeff Kesselman, Sun, DarkStar
