Don Ivan Punchatz, artists of the iconic DOOM boxart, died October 22 in Arlington, TX after suffering a heart attack on October 11. He was 73. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Punchatz; and his children Gregor Punchatz and Triska Tipton.
